This site recommends partner offers. Below are the rules for using the site and who operates it — in formal language and in plain English.
1. Site operator
The Novelli website at https://polish-mcommerce.vercel.app is operated by an independent website publisher (a natural person, not a limited-liability company). The site is not an online store selling goods in its own name. Contact: meenaarpit907@gmail.com.
One independent developer runs this site. I am not a Polish company and I do not have a seller NIP. Email meenaarpit907@gmail.com.
2. Purchases and payments
Prices shown on this site are informational and come from the partner. The sales contract, payment (including BLIK or card), and delivery are concluded only with the partner store after you click an affiliate link. Novelli does not accept payments and does not ship products.
You do not pay us by BLIK or card. Click Buy, go to the official store, and complete the order there.
3. Product returns and complaints
Withdrawal rights, returns, and statutory warranty apply to the seller you purchased from (the partner store). Novelli is not a party to the sales contract and does not accept product returns.
Return the product to the store where you bought it. We can only help you find the partner.
